My husband closed our Home Depot account so we could pay it off. He just received a statement, and they have increased the interest rate to 75%. What a ripoff!

Where's my bailout? This was supposed to be a way for us to decrease our debt, not increase our interest rate and therefore increase our debt. What a bunch of cheeseball misanthropes...
