My family purchased 2 magazines on 2 different occasions. We cancelled the 2nd magazine according to their policy and have not received our refund within their stated refund period.
According to their policy, they have 180 days in which to deliver. We are now past 180 days, and I expect a full refund.
Today I sent a Demand For Refund via certified return receipt mail. I have given then 10 business days to refund my money in full.
During phone conversations, they danced all around the issue and never committed to a refund.in fact, the first and second magazines were sold under different company names. They are the same company!
