Charged $20 for a 2 minute payphone call that I thought was a dollar

I just checked the charges on my account, I googled the name to see what it was and figured out it was for my 2 minute payphone call!!! I didn't have a dollar in quaters so i used my card thinking I would be charged $1... Duh...

But no, $20! I guess I will remember to charge my cell more often.

The address for Everett is the store the phone I used, and was ripped off by, is at. The payphone/ncic charged my card 20 bucks to make a call plus they never told me or gave me an option to opt out and hang up. It pushed it through with hardly any notice
