Consumers please Beware of this company. We had two accounts with this law group. They claimed that they can help remove item from our credit reports. We did not see much change to our credit report so we decided to cancel the two accounts. We called on Jan 29 09 at 10.35am and spoke to Fabi, one of their representatives to close both accounts.
She closed only one acct. And this company continued to bill us for the second account. This went unnoticed because i was in and out of the hospital for the last 3 months fighting preterm labor.
When i realized they were still taking money from our account we called again. A supervisor by the name Alex Leon called back and told us that they will not refund back the money they have been debiting from our our account because Fabi only noted that one account should be closed. So pretty much he believed Fabi over us.
Please DO NOT give Ranieri Law Group LLC your BANK ACCOUNT # or your CREDIT CARD because they will only stop billing it when they want to and not when YOU want to. Consumers please beware!!!
