Called to find out price for dry cleaning on men's shirts. Was quoted 1.99 over the phone, then when drove all the way over was quoted over 5 dollars! Explained the phone price was for laundering, not dry cleaning, so I was lied to.
Also after my friend had his shirts laundered, many wrinkles were pressed into the shirts. He asked for a refund and was told he had to return the next day to see the owner, who yelled at him and simply told him "this is the best we can do." Refused the small cost of a refund of 16 dollars... Shady Business, Very Unprofessional. Avoid.
