I put 14 shirts in to be laundered. All of these shirts have been laundered at this establishment at least once, each. When I went to pick up my shirts today, six (6) of the shirts, out of fourteen (14) were priced differently, i.E., six (6) were charged at a rate of $3.45 each as compared to the other shirts charged at $1.40 each. All shirts are 60% cotton/40% polyester. All had been laundered at this establishment at least once. Three (3) of the shirts are "CHAPS" brand, sold in the base exchange. One (1) was a Arrow brand shirt at least 5 years old and laundered many times. Two (2) are CS brand and ALL are 60% cotton/40% polyester. To add ibnsult to injury, the clerk told me they would not accept any more laundry from me. When I asked for an explanation the clerk said that the shirts in question had to be "cold washed" and "cool ironed." Why not the other 8 shirts? Same material I said.
