I subcribed to this magazine for $53.00 on 12/17/08 as a xmas gift. On 3/10, I called to find out when the magazine would start to come. I was told that the magazine was sent back for an improper address. The address was correct. I told the person that I would like a refund since 3 months had past. Representative told me that a refund would be issued within the next 30 days. I called again on 6/15/09 in reference to my refund. Rep told me that the refund was never issued & that the manager would need to talk to the publisher for a refund. I again called on 6/23/09 & was told that the publisher does not give refunds. That they would restart a new subscription for the magazine. I stated at this time, I wanted a refund. The rep stated that was not possible. No refunds are given. They also stated that 3 issues were mailed out to my house which I never received. This is illegal business practice.
