I ordered MAD magazine for my daughter serving in our Armed Forces in Iraq in November of 07. I called no less than eleven (11) times because she did not get the magazine.

I was always told they would check with the publisher and the magazine would be sent within two weeks.

She never received the magazine and I did not get a refund because I did not cancel within forty-eight (48) hours of ordering. (What is That???)

Thankfully my daughter is home safely but she was denied a comfort she would have appreciated and shared with her company.

Magazine City representatives were aware the magazine was intended for a service person due to the APO address and could have cared less.

As far as I am concerned Magazine City has no regard for our soldiers who give life and limb to insure our freedom.

Ripoff personified!!!
