I'm very unhappy with this company. Throught out my history with ServiceMagic, they have shown to not only have the worse customer service (always telling me that I'm the one that is wrong) but the leads could have not been worse.
I have a house/pool cleaning company in Florida, and all of the leads that I would get from Service Magic would lead back to there own phone numbers. Leads would never want to speak and sometimes get angry with me calling them, as well as say that they told the associates "not to make them a lead, so that people won't call them.
After hundred of dollars spend in a company that only provided me with few leads in the begining, I have never seen a company represent it-self so badly. After a stressful long hour trying to cancel my service, I only found out that I'm wrong and responsible for all the leads that have called and brought no profit what so ever to my company.
Don't be fulled! Service Magic is a scam that will rob you till the last second you try to cancel. Don't let this happen to your company!
