I was extremely worried having read the reviews after having placed my order. I did pay extra for 3 day delivery - these items were awards/gifts and were needed by 1/9/09. I did receive acknowledgment of the order, then that it was being processed... And then notice that it had shipped. Received items on 1/8/09.
