On May 24th I purchased a regular dress (not wedding dress) and paid an additional $27.99 for a two-day delivery. I thought at the very latest I would receive it on the 27th since the 24th was a Sunday. However, I didn't receive it until Friday the 29th. Then when I wanted to call and complain, hopefully to get my $27.99 back, there is NO listed customer service phone number.
I, of course, returned the dress but after reading everyone else's complaints, I have a feeling I am going to have trouble with getting my full refund back in a timely manner.
