Hair stylist burnt me severly I have over 10 sores on my scalp

I am asking for investigation for a company name Sequence Hair, 106 Grand Avenue, 4th Floor Englewood, NJ 07631the owner name is Dino Dondiego his number 201-567-5332. His hair stylist who burned me, her name is Cindy, or she might spell it Sindy.

On April 18 around 4ish in the afternoon I went to this place Sequence Hair to have a consultation regarding hair blending. My hair is long but thin and thin on top. This company is to blend hair onto my hair no braiding, no sewing weave onto the hair. Is what they told me. I paid the first half in the amount of 1,200 and the second half is to be rendered day of service May 29th which was in the amount of 1,200.

On May 29th, I go there for my appointment and got a perm, which the hair stylist burnt me bad; she left the perm in my hair a total of 22 minutes from start to ending. I always time it because my hair is so thin that it only has to be on there for a total of 12 minutes. From the start of it it took her eight minutes to put it in, however; I felt it more on my scalp than in the hair (not the new growth). She leaves the room and left me sitting in the chair for 7 minutes while the perm is in my hair. What hair stylist put chemical on a client hair and walks out the room to go eat lunch and talk and laughing with the manager and his name is, Ed.

The chemical was burning so bad that I had to get up and look for her could not find her. I yelled out her name so loud that other stylists came out their room. Cindy comes running out from the back room at the end of the hallway. I ask her what in the heck is she thinking to leave this perm in my head for so long? Instead of her washing it out she processes (which was another five minutes) the perm throughout, and I had to tell her to wash it out now it was burning so bad I was screaming at her. I ask her to please wash my hair more since it was still burning. She puts the conditioner in and left me sitting at the washbowl for 35 minutes, and she said that she would back in 20 minutes. I had to look for her again.

I was so angry with her and let her know that she is a poor hair stylist. I told her that I do not think I should have the hair applied now since my head was so sore. She stated that it would not be painful at all. She applies the hair in, and it was not at all, as I was told at my consultation. She did sew the hair in onto my hair pulling and pulling and my head was already tender, and painful due to the perm. I complaint that the hair was too tight, and that she burnt with the perm and it does not feel right.

I was in so much pain that I ask her to remove the hair immediately. I felt like she done a horrible job, and she should be the one to remove it seeing that she did not know what she was doing. However, I was told that it d take maybe an hour or two to remove it by another stylist. I had a company party to attend, which, by the way I did not go due to my head was very painful and sore, and by the time I got home my head was throbbing.

I went back the next day May 30th at 9:00 am to have the hair removed. As soon as I walked in, the receptionist noticed red spots along my hairline on my forehead. The stylist Megan noticed red spots throughout, and she stated that yes you are burned really badly. Megan had to remove the hair slowly due to how much pain, I had endured from the perm that Cindy done the day before.

A manager name Ed comes into the room and asks if I would consider letting someone redo my hair? Now keep in mind my scalp is burned, I just complained to him the day prior and was crying due to the pain, and how the hair wasn't at all applied in as stated at the consultation it was all lies, and he wants me to go through more torture. Megan interrupts and says to him ", she cannot get anything done to her head its burned bad.

Megan's stop due to her next client was there. I had to go to another hair stylist for her to finish taking out the hair and she to notice my scalp red, and tender. Ed comes back into the room trying to convince me to take other options for me to wear the hair. I kept telling him no.in addition, I let him know that I have him on tape for his miss-behavior of talking bad about me to the first hair stylist who done my hair her name is Cindy, or she might spells it Sindy because I was crying and very upset. He apologizes but I was not interesting hearing it because as I am crying them two are making jokes and laughing at me. It was left on my attorney's voice message when I called him to leave him a message, and I forgot to hang up my phone and left out the room to use the ladies room.

On June 1st, I spoke to the owner Dino Dondiego, who I too taped to have as proof of our conversation. He asks me to explain to him what happened, and I did. He promises to give me back my full refund, and that he will follow up with an email.in the email, he wants me to sign papers that his attorney will draw up for me not to file legal court actions. I have both emails from him, which is attached to this letter. I have called Dino several times and he plays these games with me by emailing me saying that he will call me and he does not. Now I come to you for your help. Please advice on what steps I need to take. I can mail a copy of the taped conversation to proof his statement on it saying he will refund me the whole amount of $2,500. I have pictures; I have letters from my dermatologist.

My hair has fallen out, I am taking antidepressant because I am so stressed out. I have scarred tissue, my face was burned because the perm dripping down the side of my face, and it burned my earlobe. I had a horrible rash on my chin line. I now have holes in my hair. I can email you before, after pictures I have never in my life experience anything like this, and I have been getting perms for over 15 years. As a business owner Dino Dondiego needs to do the right thing and honor his commented and that is to refund me $2,500 as he promised, please see his emails. This company brings in millions of dollars and they cant hire good stylist.

Thank you,
by the way here is a copy of the emails that the owner sent me on June 1. Please read!
