Hair miscolor, losing hair and scalp iritation

I went set for shows and low-lights and quit with red hair and an painful head. The personnel inferred the problem was my problem and hurried me out the doorway. I wound up obtaining a color-correction and fitness therapy at another salon and needed 5" of my hair-cut down since the stops where splitting down once the stylist might brush it. I'll never visit another Regis or Hair Experts again.
