The Purple Salon
(Stylist - Brenda) Brenda butchered my hair and the company will not allow a better stylist to fix my hair. Ripoff!

I asked Brenda (hair stylist) to trim and layer my hair. Brenda chopped off the front of my hair and now it looks like i have a bob in the front and long hair in the back.

I called the next day to report this and to ask for another stylist to fix my hair and I was told that the same person that messed up my hair would have to fix it. I explained that I do not want Brenda who obviously does not know how to cut hair to try and fix it and then mess up my hair even more.

I asked for the owner's name and they would not give it to me. There is obviuosly no way this company is willing to fix their error and so I feel it is necessary to report them to your bureau.
