I signed a contract for a fair price of. 1067 per kwh. Once my contract expired Cirro charged me. 24 per kwh (2.5 times greater). I have called four times and emailed all resulting in the same response..."No adjustment will be made the bill is final". I was told if I stayed with them they could refund the difference. I agreed and he said he would call me back. He calls back and explains that he is not able to adjust the final bill but could still sign me up for a new contract for their current. 15 per kwh. I told him I did not feel comfortable signing with a company that claims "market price" is. 24 per kwh.
I have paid the bill to avoid late charges. But feel I have been crammed and over charged. Can they do this? Who determines "Market Price"?
I created two websites, c*energywarning.com and c*energyscam.com explaining my experience. Ten months later I received a letter threatening legal action if I did not remove the website due to "Infringement of Trademarks". I removed the sites.
