Out-of container freezer failure on lightweight storage device bought at BJ manfactured by ShelterLogic. While client approached 800-number as led by bundle customer support recommended deliver recpt and images recording deficiency. Client recommended that no-where on warrenty was this reported. CS representative set boss Denise online who recommended same and hungup on client. Client called back talked to Patrick Jones who recommended same which warrenty card also needed to be sent in. Client recommended device was being used with 2 $20000 bikes inside device along with a substitute door must be delivered. Mr Jones repeated co. Plan. Client recommended this was no-where in writting on published 12 months warrenty which client desired firm's corp handle and presidents title which client was confirming this towards the BBB of course if necessary might find legal asistance. Mr. Jones subsequently set client on-hold. While Mr. Jones returned online he recommended he had voiced to his boss which with exclusion since owner was so annoyed, ShelterLogic allows client to fax or e-mail backup of recpt and images and also the organization might then deliver an upgraded pieces. Client recommended that while which was all feasible no-where in warrenty made it happen suggest that was ways to get replacement components for a container problem. Mr. Jones recommended that info on the warrenty could be delivered after I submitted the warrenty card. Client recommended again-this was a container problem & most businesses might deliver replacement component and demand faulty components to be delivered. Client thinks this was Ms. Joye Coles, Customer Support Boss who likewise extended to describe organization plan and declined to permit the client to talk. When the client attempted to speech her watch "Joye" might inform her she had a need to reduce her speech and pay attention to her. Client might do that but again when client might talk "Joye" might reduce her down. Client did become irrate at this time and recommended "Joye" that she should be insane since everytime she attempted to talk she cut her down. "Joye" hungup on client.

Client filed complaint with BBB in CT however it continues to be shut by BBB admin since Shelterlogic mentioned they recommended client to e-mail copies of revenue rcpt and images. Client has experimented with email these things often every time the e-mail documents.
