Price increase of a cab service of 50% the usual amount. A confirmation of a certain class car sent to the client yet the client is charged for a car 2 classes higher due to unavailability (yet the availability was confirmed?). Billing sent in the flight time of the client so cancellation due to increased charge is impossible to do. Highly rude and unprofessional behaviour from the company when confronted about the situation. On their website they claim to have the lowest possible fair in Manhatten - not true and on top of that they carry no concern for their clients. Not a recommended company.
