Very bad customer service

I'd an extremely poor encounter at Pooja International Present shop, Fremont, California lately.

I purchased 2 lights from their store in January this season. I paid $35 for them. One worked to get a month. The Next one burnt-out in only 4 times. After I visited return it, the woman there is really RUDE. She declined to actually contemplate my situation. She attempted to insinuate I had been laying. She'd to get back her phrases after I confirmed her the statement. But she did not substitute the poor item. I experienced completely poor customer support & poor quality items. I'd not suggest this shop to anybody;
