I called the store to hold a coat for me (last one) I live in Lakewood which is about 12 miles from the store. The coat is 140$ I was even wiling to pay for it over th phone.

He told me they do not hold items that everything needs to stay on the floor for sales, (they should admit it is more work for them to actually ahv eto put tthe item back on the floor if that person does notpick it up)

I was even guarentee the damn sale. Pain, which meant I had to drive out there and take my chances, then when i asked him if it is not there would he help me find a store location that does cary it and he said they do not do that.

Ok poor very poor customer service, they lost a frickin 140 sale, they have poor management, and I now will no longer let my child, family, friends shop there anymore. I discouraged it.

I work with a corporation whose parents shop there all the time and i shared my story they could not beleve it and they banned the store as well. Niiiice. So sorry for them when there sales go down even more. And with the poor eceonmoy today I as a manager at a store would do what i could to sell an item
