I ordered Dish TV, & enquired about internet services. Dish could not provide this service due to where we live, but they connected my phone to a representative with Hughes Net. I merely asked about services, but they were higher than my current provider, so I told them no. Now a month later this charge shows up on my Mastercard statement. I did not authorize this charge, and I received nothing. The billing company is listed a 4digital.com. I called Dish, they, of course, denied involvement. Hughes likewise denied involvement. I haven't found a usable phone number yet.
