We called Rock Star to get a back window in our car replaced for our 20 year old son and chose them only because their $150 gas offer was something he really needed. He was laid off from his job and the window replacement was about $189 - which was pretty much all he had left.
We told them when we scheduled the appointment we wanted the offer, then asked the worker who replaced the window for the "coupons" when we paid him - in cash, I might add. He told us it would be mailed out to us. Surprise, surprise, we never got it.
Our son has called twice since then. The first time, they said they were sending it right out. We never got it. The second time, they said they'd have to find the paperwork and call him back. They never called back.
Do NOT get duped by this company. They will not honor this offer. Even worse, what a crummy thing to do to people in such hard economic times. It really speaks to their ethics as a company.
