The short version of my story is: I ordered lighting fixtures from this company, Decor66/Home Annex on 4 May 09, they overcharged my account and the merchandise was never shipped. Customer Service is always closed even during business hours. I can only speak to the same person in sales (Marie) and she assures me someone will return my call, but calls and e-mails are not answered (and there were many calls and e-mails!). I have been charged $711.85, which is now in dispute with my credit company.
After reading through all the reports on consumer complaints, I am not alone. We need to stick together and file a class action suit.
I called the DA Action Center in Brooklyn and filed a report (I am not the first one to call and report this). However, the person I spoke with gave me very detailed information because they probally won't be able to help due to this being internet fraud. The DA Action Center number is: 1-718-250-2340.
Since this is internet/computer fraud, we need to contact:
1. FTC - Internet Fraud Unit - 1-877-382-4357. I have already called and filed a report and have a reference number.
2. FBI Computer Fraud - 1-212-384-2855. I have called and already filed a complaint, however it is based on the amount of complaints they receive, so please start calling and filing your complaint.

Please, if you are a victim, file a complaint! We need to shut these crooks down and get our money back.
