No idea what Customer Service means! Ed

I have been a customer for many years & here are the emails between me and their so called Customer Service. Notice at the bottom of their email they are always wanting to sell you more! Also notice that they couldn't even find my account!

Your last order of 2 bottles every 2 months of the Perfect Multi at $23.95 per bottle, was delivered on 04/06 to James D Your next order is scheduled to be shipped on 05/31.
