Purity products will make it difficult for you to cancel your subscription for their products. I called to leave a message over the weekend and they claim that customer service is their number one priority so I assumed they would call me back.
Three days later I called them again and they had already charged my card and sent me the shipment I called to cancel 3 days earlier!
When I said I wanted to cancel they try to make you feel guilty for canceling and then try and upsell you on 5-10 other products offering all sorts of special "employee discounts" they were just authorized to sell you on. They keep you on the phone and no matter how many times you tell them NO, just cancel my order, they act like they don't hear you and continue with their sales scheme.
This company clearly cares more about making sales, than making happy customers and maintaining a clean reputation online.
AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs!!!
