I ordered three bottles of Multi-Greens and when the box arrived there was only one box of Multi-Greens inside. I called and explained the situation. I was told that as a courtesy they would send out another bottle. I told them that was not sufficient because they shorted me TWO bottles. They refused to make it right, so I am out $30.00 some dollars. Am making a formal dispute with my credit card company. Somebody at Purity did not package my order correctly and it seems somebody at UPS got lazy and didn't weight all the like-size boxes. So I am jipped out of about $30.00 worth of vitamin supplements. I didn't make the mistake, but they expect me to pay for it...
