T-mobile, Wireless Cell Phone fraudulent charge, rate hike

Our phone numbers are supposed to be private, secure and unlisted?
-right after service subcription tons of messages pour in, every day!

* strangers/unknown callers text us messages (incoming text). So we have to pay for this incoming service too, although we did not know them, we did not give out our number?!

*so this is fraudulent charge, thus ripp off scheme!?
