I will not go into the details because our story is much like the others I have read. All I can say is thank goodness I happened to be looking through papers while I was visiting my grandparents. But to break it down, this company called my grandparents with all the fast talk about having a buyer for the timeshare. They wanted $1792 but they would send a contract and all the information with the fee breakdown.
Stated clearly on the contract the recieved are the words "You are not obligated to pay any money unless you sign this contract and return it to Nationwide Marketing Solutions". Well, low and behold, the same day they talked to him on the phone the money was charged to the credit card.
Out of my hands now, they started stuttering when I called and had no valid answers for a person that actually started asking questions. It has been reported as fraud to the credit card company and they have an open investigation pending against them now. All I can say to these guys are the worst kind of people. You do not mess with old people or kids. Didn't your mother ever teach you that or did you take her money too?
