Nationwide Marketing Solutions
Do NOT sign a contract

I was contacted by a Jason Yohe - finance director of Nationwide Marketing - stating "Congratulations on the sale of your time share". At first I thought he was representing the company I hired to sell my timeshare, but unfortunately he wasn't. However, he sounded so positive, upbeat and honest guaranteeing me he has a buyer waiting to "sign on the dotted line". Against my better judgment I bought into his smooth talk and ended up giving him my credit card information. (I know shame on me - but I like to believe people are good and NOT fraudelent).

I stated I wanted to see the contract and he said it would be delivered the following day. After two days and two phone calls he finally "emailed" me a copy that was supposed to be from his attorneys. It was a simple boiler plate form and my name was even spelled wrong. Besides the misspellings I immediately noticed upon reading that it's an open-ended contract covering them completely if I sign it. If the "supposed" buyer backs out - oh well too bad, they still market your timeshare for as long as it takes to sell OR RENT. (he never mentioned renting one time) And you'll never see your money again.

To make a long story short the contract stated "I'm not obligated to pay any money unless you sign this contract and return it to Nationwide Marketing Solutions". I obviously didn't sign the contract and immediately called Jason to let him know I want the refund within the 48 hours he stated he could return the money to me. He said OK, but I first have to SIGN the contract and then circle line item #5 to clarify why I'm asking for a return. He really tried hard to get me to sign the contract stating its the only way they'll return my money. DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT.

I immediately called my credit card company and filed a fraud claim, and faxed a letter to Nationwide Marketing informing them I want a refund. After a week of waiting I called my credit card company today and the charge is being reversed. To make this whole experience even more aggravating Nationwide Marketing Solutions requested the $1792 in a FOREIGN currency. They aren't even an American Company it appears. My credit card company is also returning the Foreign Transaction fee of $53.76 to my card.

DO NOT USE NATIONWIDE MARKETING SOLUTION - FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD... And Jason Yohe is a scam artist! If he calls you ask him why he does this to people. (Yes I know - I was a sucker, but NOT anymore!)
