I don't think I've ever received such poor customer service and been treated as unreasonably as I did at the Lola Bella Boutique in Fashion Place Mall. After being told by a sales associate via phone that I could return an item I received for Christmas, I went into the store the next day and the two sales girls (Maddie and McKenzie) refused to honor the return. I was discontent with the way the two girls were handling the situation and asked to phone their store manager. Quite surprisingly, upon speaking to Kristen (manager) I founder her to be just as unpleasant and unreasonable. She refused to accept the return nor offer store credit, even though the item was in new condition and I had my receipt. Poor conduct like this leads me to believe this is a primary reason that Lolabella is struggling to keep their doors open. I would advise all to shop at retailers like Nordstrom instead of this boutique. Nordstrom offers the same products and treats you as an intelligent human being.
