I ordered flowers and wine for approx. 4 days before mothers day and paid extra for a saturday delivery (guaranteed). Saturday comes and my mother has gotten no delivery nor phone call. I then called the customer service number at ProFlowers.com (Pro Flowers). I spent around three hours being passed from entry level rep to entry level rep. Nothing was resolved. As a matter of fact, Pro Flowers told me the order wasn't even through them. They outsourced the order to wine.com therefore "they are not liable". HA! I then asked to speak to wine.com (since according to pro flowers, they were responsible for my mother not getting her flowers).. Go figure, even though i was guaranteed Saturday delivery, wine.com is not open on the weekends, as a matter of fact, they don't even have a support center that's open incase of problems like this. A week later, i still see no refund in my account... I called Pro Flowers and Wine.com only to find that my order was not even shipped out yet! I was promised a refund, we'll have to see if they deliver... I doubt it. The only helpful person at all was a customer service manager from wine.com. Do not place orders through pro flowers. This company (Pro Flowers) is a scam. Do whatever you can to stay away or expect a BIG problem.
