We have tried to work with Wilshire for about one year now. We are requesting a load mod, and i can assure you, Wilshire has no interest in helping the consumer stay in their home. We have gone in circles with "lost" faxes, "lost" paperwork, phone reps who have different info EVERY time! I urge everyone who has lost a home to WIlshire, or any bad experience to file a complaint with the FTC. It is an easy on line form, and with enough response, maybe something can be done to stop WIlshire Credit from harrassing people and adding on fees, that become so overwhelming, that the homeowner is beaten down, and will accept any terms.
