Unified Business Supply invoiced us for Latex Gloves that we never ordered or received. According to the Denver Better Business Bureau and internet postings, they pull the same scam on many businesses. The BBB gives Unified a rating of "F". This is what happened to us -
A call is placed to our business from Unified, informing us that our "shipment" is delayed and someone will call with the new date. The next day, someone else from Unified calls and get a name and email address of our receptionist, then informs her of the new date the shipment will arrive. Our receptionist informs the callers from Unified that we did not order anything. We then receive an invoice and never receive any shipment.
We will never pay this invoice. We reported Unified to the Denver BBB and to the Postal authorities for Fraud. We will go out of our way to prosecute this company.
