Unauthorized debits ripoff

Unified services has been debitting my checking account monthly
this is an unauthorized debit, I do not even know what unified services are.
I have tried to call but there is never no answer, there is no voice mail option.

I want this debit stopped and a refund of all monies they have debitted.
