I'm not rich so I notice every little penny that leaves my account. I went to this restaurant and ate there. I've been there a few times. I gave my debit card to the waiter as form of payment, as most folks do. Well I even left a good tip. Anyways about 2 days later I received unauthorized transactions on my card, that restaurant was the last one who had my card. When I called my bank they said what usually happens is that the waiter walks off with the card and copies the magnetic strip so that when they use it, it can have their name on the card but my magnetic strip. I live in california and the transactions were located in Bucharest, Romania oddly enough. Luckily my bank believed me and gave me back the money I lost. I tried to call the restaurant as a courtesy to warn the owner of sheisty staff but she said her staff is very loyal have been working there for years and return lost items all the time. She even said that they can hardly speak English and would not know how to copy a magnetic strip which is absurd just because you don't speak English doesn't mean you are mentally challenged. They have great food but plan to use cash here.
