Our fully-automated 3500 caffeine-java-cappuccino machine was delivered on March 5 (Fedex tracking number confirmation) to be fixed. It's Today January 8 and that I have nevertheless not obtained my coffee machine. I've named regular since Nov 15 and was guaranteed it'd be fixed by Christmas – Christmas arrived and went and after regular calls again –was guaranteed it'd be back by Christmas…. Holiday came and went. I named nowadays (Jan 8) and was informed that about the 29th of December the container had been fixed and delivered. It still ahs not appeared and that I was informed nowadays when I don’t’ contain it or notice from their store from the end-of the week to contact again.

Because this can be a somewhat costly item under guarantee – the guarantee repairs are significantly less than regular. I don’t understand when the repairs have really been created since I've yet to get my coffee pot.

In fairness to Delonghi – In December I requested he guarantee be expanded one more a few months since I have haven't had utilization of my coffee machine for this period of time. This demand was given.

Over 3 months to get a fix appears a long-time. Am I going to get DeLonghi as time goes by or suggest it – most likely not.
