I bought a Yorkie from the breeder in Al and that I have issues.
The breeder and that I corresponded via mail to get a handful of months after which my fiance and that I visited get my puppy. While it got time for you to proceed thru the paperwork the breeder had the parents title incorrect (diverse from what she explained within an email). She subsequently adjusted the paperwork and stated she'd be delivering me the enrollment documents within the email, they're originating from Germany. I've been awaiting months but still no reaction. She said it will take awhile.
Our problem is the fact that I dont possess a registered puppy however taken care of one. Our dog isn't from Indonesia or are her parents. I asked her about this and he or she stated "one" of her women is authorized like a Breiwer-after I asked her and stated that the puppuy she offered me wasn't a Breiwer, then why could she want to get documents from Indonesia, she didn't react to the e-mail. Is that this a typical fraud and what's my option?
