I had them scheduled to pick up my things from a storage locker in NJ after I had moved to CA. They never showed, I got the runaround for weeks.
I finally decided to cancel the entire transaction (after sleeping on the floor for weeks waiting for my bed to arrive).
They would not return the $1200 deposit. I filed a suit and had a telephone hearing due to being in CA. The judge ruled in our favor and now, 6 months later, I am still waiting for the payment.
Do not do business with this company, they are difficult and have no conscience.
