Company policy is to charge your credit card for missed appointment. I had a dispute over appointment time - they had something different then I had and said it was my fault that I missed appoinment and there was nothing they could do. They did not offer any resolution. Owner was very rude over the phone and made no effort to resolve dispute. They are right and that is the way it is. I have never missed an appointment here and i dont think it is right to charge your credit card when there is a dispute. I was charged $145.00 for services I did not receive.
