I registered for that Discovery Channel Cosmeo support at the conclusion of March. These were supplying a 30-day "free" test, and that I was homeschooling my boy at that time. At the conclusion of the 29th evening, I named to stop since (1) we were completed with homeschooling for that year, and (2) we truly did not think it is that helpful.
I had been informed in those days that my bank card had been billed for that month, which I'd get a credit due to the termination. I left it at that. May comes around and my card gets billed again. I contact again... Once more I had been informed that I'd get a credit on my consideration at the conclusion of the payment period. I received nothing.
I called again in July to ensure that my card wouldn't be billed again and also to observe what had occurred to my credit. You know what? I had been informed that used to donot call-in to stop in April or May, that there have been no documents of telephone calls till June 17, which I'd obtain no credit for that 8 weeks I believed have been terminated. Exactly what a crock
I'm amazed and dissatisfied the Discovery Route might operate this type of poor plan. The client support reps also require a little bit of instruction aswell... They have to quit laying towards the customer simply to encourage them to hang-up.
So far as I'm worried, they are able to consider the $18 they took from me and push it.
