Unable to provide a repair company

I have been with NHP for nearly 2 years now, and have had repairs in the past with no problems. However, the problems began in March when I renewed. I was supposed to have been billed in 2 equal payments, but they billed me all at once, and when I called to complain, they had nothing to say or do, except sorry.

Then last week I have been having frost build up in my freezer, and called them for repairs. They assigned a local appliance center, but they would not come, because they claimed to not have received a work order from NHP. When I called NHP back, I spent several hours on the phone, on hold. Many times, mostly after hours or weekends, I would get a recording saying that the office was closed due to system upgrades. I finally figured out that they did this because they had no one to monitor the phones, even though they are supposed to take calls 24/7. I spent 6 days trying to get a hold of someone. When I did, they assigned a different appliance repair company. When speaking with them, they refused to come out because NHP owed them money from previous repairs that they were sent on.

So it appears that NHP is not paying there bills and I am not able to get a repair person to my house. I am also sick of trying to get a hold of someone. I have left several messages and emails, and have never received a response. Be careful. Shop around.
