There are many many unhappy cleints that he took money from and never did anything at all. He will hurt your case and you will be the looser. I hear he is filing bankruptsy and all clients will suffer if they are owed money. I also hear, but unverified, some judges from eldorado county have filed complaints about him to the bar.
