I had my wages garnished in a Divorce. Jordan was recommended to me by a friend who had good results. He took my case and $5000. It took 6 months for him to get a hearing scheduled, then when he showed up, he was completely unprepared and was not even familiar with the basics of my case.
He also had not filed declarations and other supporting evidence with the court so they did not look at any of the facts I had to present, and he did not ask for a continuance so he could prepare and file the proper documents before appearing. As a result of this I did not get my wage garnishment lifted, or any of my motions looked at, and I was sanctioned another $750 in attorney's fees for my wife's attorney as the whole motion was deemed "Harassment" by my ex wife's attorney.
Jordan apologized after the hearing and said he would pay the $750.
