Wrong plant delivery

I requested Florist.com a place to deliver my buddy who dropped her family. It had been to exhibit my condolence.

They sent my buddy red hydrangea with red large bow.

Used to do not understand the very fact till I quit by her workplace.

I called the client support at florist.com, but their local florist refused the very fact the incorrect rose delivery about the telephone. Later that evening, the shipping person found my workplace and informed work assistant he acquired the LIFELESS blossoms and provide fresh place.

Also, the client support individual guaranteed me they might deliver the apology words to my buddy and me in addition to provide me the credit back again to my bill. It's been 30 days because the evening.

I'm truly dissatisfied but still need their sincere apology.
