We've existed within our house for nearly 7 years today, and during all of this period we've had an enormous flooding issue. The last operator had the basement waterproofed by Mid Atlantic Waterproofing having a lifetime warranty transferrable to us.inside a couple of months our cellar started to undertake water; since that time, it's been a continuing fight: they possibly dismiss us, or don't repair the cellar right. We've been compelled to gut our finished basement twice. We've disposed of numerous personal possessions. Earlier this season, after obtaining the runaround & no benefits for 7 years, we chose to contact as though we were a brand new client. We'd two distinct sellers visit: your day following the next salesmanis visit, he named my spouseis mobile phone and stated that the machine was completed by Mid Atlantic, was still under guarantee, and they were likely to repair it. For that next couple of months, we'd appointments from various workers, and we were obtaining regular telephone calls, but no-work was actually done. The final contact was May-16. A worker arrived and port-destroyed 3 openings into my ground. A foreman was designed to come consider the openings; 3 months later, we're still waiting (the 2nd period it has occurred). Messages left have gone unanswered. Today we'd an enormous flooding. We've no heated water, since the pilot lighting is flooded out. We'd to show off the main oxygen, since it was giving off sparks. Additionally, our telephones aren't operating correctly, since the wiring is moist. This case has cost us within the thousands of bucks, and of course our time. We require this cellar set properly. I believe we've waited long enough.
