Don't cope with the corporation. I've had only difficulty and floods given that they mounted a "watergrabber" in my own cellar. The final surprise the push didn't trigger. After I named I'd to hold back for 6 hours. To get a return phone while my cellar full of water. After I eventually got a call-back the "technician" explained I required another kind of program. I unplugged and re-blocked, the moment the push began the water went away. Today I've been awaiting 2 times to get a phone whilst the push alarm went down and that I do not know why. Cellar again flooded.
A genuine ripoff...
