We had a small business we recently sold.in transfering owenership we saw that TTI National had continued to charge us their base rate on an account we had cancelled with them nearly 2 years earlier. Though they did not charge any more long distance charges to our account, they did continue to charge their base rate to us in error.
Though we failed to see the error after we canceled service with them we tried to contact them when we found the error with no luck. We have called their customer service and financial services numbers a dozen times. Each time they ask for the complete rundown of the problem. We have FAXed them twice with all the disputed charges and are told we will get a callback and we never do.
We have asked to speak with a supervisor but are not allowed to talk to one. It is becoming obvious the first line tecs we call with the company are keeping us from accessing the company personel who would be responsible for resolving the issue. It is also becoming clear that this is what management wants them to do.
The error amounts to close to $1,000.00 and they are keeping us from any meaningful contact with them in what appears to be a way to keep funds they are not entitled to.
