Terry Rombough has repeatedly taken advantage of immigrants facing legal issues by taking money from them with promises of helping them and then never filing the appropriate papers with the immigration authority.

He has even had people write checks that were destined to Homeland Security for immigration bonds and proceedings only to cash them for himself, never filing anything with the Homeland Security.

He takes advantage of immigrants who are afraid of deportation, who do not understand their rights, and who do not have a good knowledge of English.
Therefor many of them cannot defend themselves or speak up.

There have been several articles written up on him by those few who have filed lawsuits against him for never doing the immigration filings he was suppose to do and thus leaving them in illegal limbo, unknowing that they were about to be taken to immigration detention facilities and deported until they were picked up in the middle of the night at their homes.
