I made an enquiry by email before I placed an order and they helped me out with my enquiries, then after I actually placed my order, weeks went by and I hadnt received it (it was also a birthday present for someone) so when it didnt arrive a few days before the day I needed it I contacted them by email, NO REPLY, I sent another email a couple days later, NO REPLY. I then sent a final email to every single email address listed on their site asking for an explanation, and here was their reply...
"We can issue you a refund today"
They are a useless, pathetic and completely hopeless business, no communication whatsoever, I hope they go out of business because they sure dont deserve to still be trading.
What kind of people allow you to order something and then simply not deliver?
Drifting.com makes me SICK. They ruined my present and they dont give a crap.
Do not deal with them!
