Did not receive colorized quarters for 07 or 08 said I cancelled order, I did not

I paid the company with my credit card and they did not send me the last 2 years of the collection of my colorized quarters. I feel as they should complete my set or refund all of my money just for the aggrevation of having to try tracking them down!
