Colorized Quarters not being sent after 8 out of 10 years. What's Happened? Central Islip

My wife like others were drawn in by this company and sold the Colorized Quarters of the 50 States. We, like others, would like to know what happened.

She was receiving the quarters faithfully for 8 consecutive years and was looking forward to filling the display map with the completed set. It has been 2 years now and the company just "STOPED". What happened? Is there anyone out there that knows anything about this company? We think that it is a shame that something like this is happening and it seems like no one out there cares. What happened to VALUES? Have they like everything else gone by the boards?
